Welcome to MiyouStickers! By using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Service Overview

MiyouStickers is a creative service that allows users to upload a personal portrait photo and receive a custom digital sticker pack in an anime-inspired style. The service is operated by an independent sole trader (Trabalhador Independente) legally registered in Portugal.

2. Pricing

This is a paid service. The current price for generating one digital sticker pack is $19.99. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. You will always be informed of the final price before confirming your order.

3. Upload Restrictions

There are no restrictions on the type of image you may upload. However, by uploading a file, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the image and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

If the image features other individuals (e.g., family members, friends), you are solely responsible for obtaining their consent before uploading their likeness to MiyouStickers.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

Your uploaded photo is used solely for the creation of your digital sticker pack. We temporarily store your photo and the generated stickers for a period of 7 to 30 days after delivery, after which they are permanently deleted. Upon your request, we can delete your data earlier.

Your digital sticker pack is sent only to the email address you provide. We do not share your images or digital stickers with any third parties.

5. Nature of the Product

All digital sticker packs are created through a combination of digital tools, including AI-based technologies, which assist in generating the initial artistic designs based on your uploaded photo. Each digital sticker is subsequently reviewed, refined, and moderated by our human design team to ensure the quality, personalization, and artistic integrity of the final product.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the sticker creation process has begun.

However, if you believe there has been a mistake or you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us at support@miyoustickers.com within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to providing a high-quality experience and will review each case individually to determine if a refund, partial refund, or revision may be offered as an exception.
